My osteopath suggested I try Nked barefoot shoes to help with my mobility (hip and lower back) I wasn't sure about this, as I'd been wearing thick soled, arch support, well cushioned shoes recommended by podiatrist. These had helped with ongoing foot problems. I have been wearing these indoors and for a half mile walk in dry weather and noticed an immediate improvement in hip pain and friends commented on how my walking seem to have improved. I didn't want to buy expensive barefoot shoes and these are really good value for money..well worth trying for anyone with walking issues. They are well made and love the design. I didn't expect them to last more than a year, wearing inside, or out in dry weather. I shall be ordering a 4th pair to leave at my families house for when I go to stay with them.

These are the most amazing shoes I have ever owned!! I am a bare-footer by nature and not really fond of shoes as they always hurt my feet or leave my feet numb. Now with these amazing shoes that has all ended. I am ordering more in other colours.

The item is lovely, it is a quality design , that has appeal for both young and older age groups, ideal foot protection , do not look as if they are for a rough terrain, lovely and lightweight, with a good quality of depth and grip to the soles, waterproof yet breathable, a real quality pair of shoes, lovely colour scheme.
